章程

一.    定名：2017年度澳門青少年網球系列賽 I。

二.    主辦單位：澳門網球總會主辦。

三.    比賽組別及項目：

1. 青少年男子單打A组(18歲或以下)
2. 青少年女子單打A组(18歲或以下)
3. 青少年男子單打B组(14歲或以下)
4. 青少年女子單打B组(14歲或以下)
5. 青少年男子單打C组(12歲或以下)
6. 青少年女子單打C组(12歲或以下)
7. 青少年單打D组       (10嵗或以下)
8. 兒童5-8歲組別賽

四.參賽資格：

A.   澳門居民身份証或合法之居留文件。

B.   此組別球員之年齡計算以2017年12月31日前為準。

四.    報名：參賽者須將填妥之報名表格連同其居民身份證或其他可證明其年齡之證件副本交往網球學校 (寫字樓 或 網球總教練)，填寫報名表時字體必須清楚，報名日期由2017年02月17日起 至2017年03月02日止

六.報名費：

青少年單打------30元    

 

七.比賽時間：

                2017年 03月11日&12日: 10嵗或以下, 14歲或以下

                2017年03年18日&19日: 5-8歲組, 12歲或以下, 18歲或以下

八.比賽場地：網球學校。

九.賽程：賽程由網球總會網球學校負責編排，網球學校佈告板上公佈。

十.賽制：賽事採取單淘汰制

1.      A组及B组——賽事全以一盤八局無佔先制﹝No Advantage﹞計算，每盤當局數七平手時進行七分決勝局﹝搶七﹞。

2.      C组——賽事全以一盤六局無佔先制﹝No Advantage﹞計算，當局數六平手時進行七分決勝局﹝搶七﹞。

3.      D组——賽事全以一盤四局無佔先制﹝No Advantage﹞計算，當局數四平手時進行五分決勝局﹝搶五﹞。比赛采用橙色球，场地采用小场地。

4.      兒童5-8歲組別賽------採用分組循環，搶七分決勝局

5.     每位球员最多只能参加两个组别的比赛。

十一.裁判：決賽之賽事將由網球學校安排裁判，其他賽事作“信任制”。

十二.球員守則：所有球員應於指定時間向大會報到，等候時間為15分鐘，而該15分鐘已計算於熱身時間內，故任何延誤將縮短熱身時間；原定比賽時間15分鐘後未出場者當棄權論。參賽者必須遵守網總之球員守則，服從裁判之最後決定。

十三.投訴及遺漏：所有投訴須於賽後24小時內以書面向技術委員會遞交，技術委員會按國際網協章程解決。而對技術委員會之決定有異議者，可向網總理事會上訴。

十四.本章程如有未完善之處，最終由技術委員會根據國際網協章程裁決作準。

1.     Boys’ Singles  18 & Under;

2.     Girls’ Singles  18 & Under.

3.     Boys’ Singles  14 & Under;

4.     Girls’ Singles  14 & Under.

5.     Boys’ Singles  12 & Under;

6.     Girls’ Singles  12 & Under.

7.     Singles 10 & Under

8.     Kid’s Group matches 5-8 years old

 

Venue:  Macau Tennis Academy, COTAI.

 

Eligibility:   Holders of Macau ID or any other legal residence permits of Macau are eligible to compete in the Tournament.

 

Entries:       An entry form submitted to Macau Tennis Academy, along with a copy of identification document.

 

Entry fee:    MOP$30.00.

Entry deadline:  2017/03/02

 

 

Rules:     1. Each player is responsible for the calls on his/her side of the net.

               2. All “ out “ or “fault” calls should be made promptly after the ball has bounced and loudly enough for the opponent to hear.

              3. If in doubt, the player must give the benefit of the doubt to his/her opponent.

              4. A (U18) and B (U14) will play Pro Set (8 games). At 7 games all, they must play a seven point Tie Breaker.

              5. C (U12) will play 1 set, 6 games with no advantage/receiver’s choice. At 6 games all, they must play a seven point Tie Breaker.

              6. D (U10) will play 4 games with no advantage/receiver’s choice. At 4 games all, they must play a 5 point Tie Breaker. U10 will be playing the Orange Balls and smaller courts.

              7. Kid’s Group matches 5-8 years old Red ball

                   Round robin format will be played in this event.Players will only play            

                   a seven(7) points.
