 2016 Macau Open

1. Organizer: Macau Tennis Association.

 

2. Events:

i.) Men’s Singles;

ii.) Ladies’ Singles;

iii.) Men’s Doubles;

iv.) Ladies’ Doubles;

v.) Mixed Doubles;

vi.) Veteran’s Singles (45 and over);

vii.) Veteran’s Doubles (45 and over);

viii.) Veteran’s Doubles (55 and over).

 

3. Fixtures & Venue:

Fixtures: From 3nd Oct. to 16th Oct., events start at 7:00 p.m. on weekdays; 2:00 p.m. on weekends.

 

Venue: Macau Tennis Academy.

 

4. Conducts of Tournament:

The tournament will be conducted under the latest Rules of Tennis regulated by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

 

5. Format of Events:

A. All events shall be play on a knockout System

 

B.

1. For Qualifying Round, matches will be played 1set of first to reach 8 games (Pro-set) with Tie-Break at 8 games all. At 7-7 play to 9 games. For Main Draw first round up to Quarter Finals – Best of 3 Sets – 1^st and 2^nd set shall be played in Normal Tie-Break (No Ad-Scoring) and the 3^rd Set shall be played Super Tie-Break of first to reach 10 points winning a margin of 2 advantage points.

 

2.. All Singles Semi-Final and Final Matches shall be played in Best of 3 Sets – 1^st and 2^nd set shall be played in Normal Tie-Break Sets, and the 3^rd Set shell be played Super Tie-Break of first to reach 10 points winning a margin of 2 advantage points.

 

3. The setting of Doubles Semi-finals and final is best of three. And there is “No Advantage” in each game. When the first set comes to six games all, there comes the Tiebreak. Moreover, when the final set is necessarily needed, the Super Tiebreak will be adopted.

 

C. After the first match has been finished, the second match will start immediately. The time schedule is for reference only.

 

D. If the weather is bad during the match, the Organizer may stop the game and reschedule or delayed in another day.

 

E. If there are less than 15 people /teams does not setting the qualifying. All the player must join in the main-draw.

 

F. If any of the following situations happens, one will be withdrawn from the event

 

1.  Being late for 15 minutes or more.

2.  Participants have no acceptable reasons for the absence; or the reason itself is not approved by the organizer .

3.  Refuse to attend the replay match.

4.  Participants unreasonably stop the game for more than the predetermined time, i.e. 5 minutes as far as it will be acknowledged by the umpire.

 

 6. Eligibility:

A.      Everyone can join this competition.

 

B. No players can participate in more than two Singles events simultaneously.

 

C. Every player can only attend for most three events.

 

D. Must be, at least, 12 years old.(Born in 2004)

 

E. Players must provide ID through registration.

 

F. It is the responsibility of the players who would like to participate in more than one events to notice if there will be any crashes of time of them.

 

G. Qualifying matches will be held if the number of entries exceed 16. This rule applies to every group. Macau Tennis Association reserves all the rights to refuse approval of any contestants into the tournament.

 

7. Application procedure and dates :

A. Please submit your form and the photocopy of your ID copy to Clube de Tenis Civil, Clube Militar and Macau Tennis Academy. Moreover, if one would like to participate in two or three events, one must fill in different forms.

 

B. Application is not accepted after the due date.

 

C. The Tournament will use a standard competition drawing base on last year competition result define seed players

8. Entry fee:

Singles – MOP$200.00        Doubles – Mop$300.00

      Members of affiliate clubs of Macau Tennis Association shall enjoy a 50% discount.

 

9. Drawing:     20th Sep, 19:00, at venue.

 

10. Official Tennis Balls used: Wilson (Australian open)

 

11. Costume:

All players shall dress in an appropriate tennis attire. The violators of it will be required of having it changed.

 

12. Power of the tournament committee

The tournament committee has the power to edit the rules of the games and schedule in any circumstance:

A. If one of the events (ex. Gentlemen’s single or ladies’ singles) does no have enough people to join (less than 4 people), it will be cancelled.

B. Have the authority to accept or refuse anyone or groups’ applications

C. Follow the schedule strictly and refuse any applications of rescheduling.

D. If the weather is bad or under some special cases/situations, the committee has the power to reschedule or postpone to another day.

 

13. Supervisor/chief referee/referees

Supervisor, Chief referee, referee is appointed by the Technical Committee. The Technical Committee will arrange the Chief referee (i.e. Chair Umpire) for the Semi-finals, and the others will be conducted under the Guidelines in Matches without Chair Umpire.

 

14. The Penalties of violation:

The Penalties of Violation will be conducted under the latest Rules of Tennis regulated by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

 

15. Responsibility

1.The Macau Tennis Association Council will not be responsible for any injuries or damages caused during this Tournament.

      2. Player are responsible to check by themselves of competition schedule and Rules to the macau tennis association website.

 

16. Complaints

All complaints should be submitted in written form to Technical Committee within 24 hours after the match. And if having a disagreement with the decision of the Technical Committee, one can send complaints to the Macau Tennis Association Council, each of which will cost $500 MOP to the applicant. If the complaint is accepted, the $500 MOP will be refunded.

  

17. Personal information collection statement

According to (Office for Personal Data Protection)all the personal information and photocopies of identity documents submitted will only be used for this tournament only.

 

18. The final decision is made by The Technical Committee according to the latest Rules of Tennis regulated by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

 

19. The Macau Tennis Association has the ultimate right of making righteous explanations and final decisions.

 

 

 

2016 澳門網球公開賽

一.  主辦單位：澳門網球總會主辦。

二.  比賽組別及項目：

1.男子單打	5.混合雙打
2.女子單打	6. 元老單打(45歲或以上)
3.男子雙打	7. 元老(45歲或以上組)雙打
4.女子雙打	8. 元老(55歲或以上組)雙打

三.  比賽時間和地點：

比賽時間：2016年10月3日至10月16日，逢星期一至五每天下午七時開賽；逢星期六、日下午二時開賽。

比賽地點：澳門網球學校

四.  比賽規則：

採用國際網球聯會審定的最新《網球比賽規則》

五.  賽制：

A.               賽事採取淘汰制

B.       預選賽階段採用八局，無佔先制﹝No Advantage﹞，當局數八比八時，則採用七分決勝局﹝Tiebreak﹞，正選賽均採用三盤兩勝，無佔先制﹝No Advantage﹞，每盤當局數六平手時進行七分決勝局﹝Tiebreak﹞，當盤數為壹比壹平手時，則另進行十分決勝局(Super Tiebreak)；

1.          單打四強後採用三盤兩勝制，每盤當局數六平手時進行七分決勝局﹝Tiebreak﹞，當盤數為壹比壹平手時，則另進行十分決勝局(Super Tiebreak)；

2.          雙打四強採用三盤兩勝，無佔先制﹝No Advantage﹞，每盤當局數六平手時進行七分決勝局﹝Tiebreak﹞，當盤數為壹比壹平手時，則另進行十分決勝局(Super Tiebreak)

C.       開賽過程中，上一場的比賽結束即是下一場比賽的開始時間，賽程表上的比賽時間只作參考﹝運動員必須服從技術委員會的安排﹞

D.      如遇天雨關係或不可抗力的因素造成比賽中斷未能在有效期恢復比賽的，已賽成績有效，大會將根據情況將改期或延期補足剩餘賽事

E.       不足15人/對參賽，將不設置預選賽，所有參賽選手都參加第一階段正選賽；

F.                 出現下列情況按棄權處理：

1.  遲到超過15分鐘

2.  並非不可抗力的原因，且未獲得賽會的批准，不參加賽程規定的比賽

3.  拒絶按賽會決定參加補賽或改期的比賽

4.  參賽運動會無故中斷超過規定時間﹝從裁判員認定時間開始5分鐘後﹞

六.  參賽資格：

A.               任何人士皆可報名參加。

B.               任何球員不得同時參加兩項單打賽事;

C.               任何球員最多報名3項賽事;

D.               所有參加球員必須年齡12歲以上(含12歲);

E.                球員報到時必須持有效證件 , 必要時需出示供查閱;

F.                  報名參加多項賽事之球員需注意，倘賽事撞期，責任自負;

G.      所有組別參賽者超過16人/隊，須參加預選賽而決定其參賽資格，賽委會將有權接納或拒絕任何參賽球員。

七.  報名方法和日期：

l 方法：

1.  參賽者須將填妥之報名表格連同身份證副本交往網球學校、文員網球會、陸軍網球會，參加每一項賽事須填一份表格報名，填寫報名表時字體必須清楚及填寫與證件相符的名字。

2.          不接受逾期遞交。

3.          比賽採用固定籤位制，以上屆比賽成績順序決定正選球員。

l 報名日期：由2016年8月12日起至9月19日止。

八.  報名費：

單打-----Mop 200元           雙打------Mop 300元

註：網總屬會會員報名費減半,但需由屬會於報名表上蓋章證實。

九.  抽籤：

根據上屆比賽成績設立種子。抽籤時間於2016年9月20日下午七時正於網球學校進行。

十. 比賽用球：

Wilson (Australian open)

十一. 比賽服裝要求 :

    所有球員必須穿著合適網球服裝作賽，如有違反而經大會裁判勸告後，沒有即時改善者，將被取消資格。

十二. 賽委會權力

在任何情況下，賽委會有權對本比賽規則及賽程作任何修改，包括但不限於：

A. 如上述任何一項賽事之參賽者不足4人(或4對)時，有權取消該項賽事；

B. 有權接受或拒絕任何參賽申請；

C. 嚴格按照賽程進行比賽，拒絕任何改期申請；

D. 如遇天雨或其他特殊情況，有權重編賽程、延期或安排其他日期作賽；

十三. 賽事監督、裁判長、裁判員：

賽事監督、裁判長、裁判員由技術委員會安排，四強開始之賽事會安排主裁判，其他賽事採用“信任制”。

十四. 對參賽選手違反行為準則的處罰：

        按照國際網球聯會審定的最新《網球比賽規則》

十五. 責任：

1.          球員如因比賽引起之身體不適或任何損失，本會恕不負責。

2.          球員有責任透過網上查閱查詢參賽項目及賽程。

十六. 投訴：

所有投訴須於賽後24小時內以書面向技術委員會遞交，技術委員會按國際網協章程解決。而對技術委員會之決定有異議者，可向網總理事會上訴。每一次投訴費用為澳門幣五百元，如投訴得直可獲發還。

十七. 個人資料收集聲明：根據個人資料辦公室指示，各參賽者在報名表所填報的個人及其他有關的資料，以及所遞交之身份證明文件副本，只供本會作競賽有關的用途。

十八. 如有未完善之處，最終由技術委員會根據國際網協章程裁決作準。

十九. 本章程解釋權、修改權屬澳門網球總會。
